Pando Moto, a European motorcycle gear brand making CE-certified protective jeans, base layers, jackets and gloves, had grown too slowly to match their global ambitions. Growth Bite helped by matching SEO to business objectives and revenue generation.

We analyzed the previously applied strategy and suggested Pando Moto move in a different direction, focusing on harnessing the strong brand reputation they have. As our collaboration started, Pando Moto focused on the US and English-speaking market, however, following major successes, have since expanded to the German, French, and Italian markets.

Narrowing Down to Revenue
Pando Moto had an established brand reputation among buyers and even search engines. Their previous SEO strategy, however, did not take advantage of Pando Moto’s ranking capabilities – instead of focusing on competitive high-value pages, they focused on producing tons of landing pages for each keyword.
Growth Bite reduced the number of pages, redirecting those that seemed of little value, updated those that had potential, and improved all that were key revenue generators. Over the time, numerous technical and performance improvements were also implemented to further raise SEO and conversion potential.
